 ( Camper Application Deadline:
July 22nd, 2026

Youth Leader Application Deadline:
July 15th, 2026

Mentor Application Deadline:
June 15th, 2026 (Closed)

Mentor Applicants will be notified of acceptance on or before June 22nd, 2026.
Youth Leader Applicants will be notified of acceptance on or before July 20th, 2026.

Camp Eclipse 2026 is scheduled for August 13th - 16th at Echo Pond EEC on Salmonier Line with travel provided to and from St. John's.

All accepted applicants (Campers, Youth Leaders and Mentors) will be required a commitment fee of $50. That can either be paid in person or via e - transfer.

If you cannot provide a commitment fee, please complete the application and the Camp Director will be in touch to make an accommodation for you, being unable to pay this fee will not prohibit you from attending. Please apply regardless of your ability to pay the commitment fee.
